About Me
Throughout my time working with various organisations, such as The FA and Premier League, I’ve met and been inspired by some incredible individuals, that I now feel lucky enough to call some of my closest friends. People with heart. Well-intentioned, authentic characters that care deeply about other human beings.
These people are leaders.
I believe that, in it’s simplest form, leadership is the ability to inspire change. A leader doesn’t have to be a CEO or Senior Manager. We can all inspire a change in others through the words that we use and the way that we act with the people around us.
I hope to spread the message that treating those around you with kindness, care and compassion is true leadership, and to inspire others to lead in this way.
Services.
Leadership Programme.
I’ll deliver a 6 week leadership programme, designed to maximise the leadership capabilities of the young people in your club.
Interactive Workshops
The programme will consist of interactive workshops covering: Care, Vulnerability, Trust, Communication, Reflection, Teamwork, Change and Resilience.
Ongoing Mentoring Support.
I’ll provide long-term mentoring to key people in order to support their personal and professional development.
